We are a husband and wife team who put our heads together to provide IT support for small businesses. We were already helping people in our spare time and our "customers" liked the personal touch and care that we provided. Out of this experience, Biziserve was "born". That was in 2003 and we still provide the same caring support today.

We are a small team and cannot do everything, so check out our "What we do" page to see what we do (and don't do). However, if we don't do it, we may "know a person who can", so please ask.

To introduce ourselves:

Angela

Angela has an honours degree in Computer Science from Portsmouth. She has worked for several large corporations (including IBM, Dell, Intel, Motorola, Cable and Wireless, House of Fraser, Local Government) and has wide experience spanning over 30 years, across diverse international businesses. Angela is an experienced IT Business Analyst and an all round applications developer with a particular focus on database design and implementation.

Angela performs our website/bespoke development (all business and Equestrian) as well as providing a hand-holding service for new e-commerce customers.

Alan

Alan has worked within large corporations (including IBM, Sun Microsystems, European Space Agency, Canada Life Assurance, Axa Sun Life Assurance, British Aerospace) and leading software houses (including HighGround Systems, Sterling Software) for over 30 years. Alan is an experienced Technical Manager/ Consultant with a background in Systems Programming plus Network and Storage Management. 

Alan maintains our hosting service on dedicated Linux servers and provides technical support for our customers.

Our outside interests

We live in Herefordshire and love the outdoor life along with our two Highland Ponies and one self-opinionated Jack Russell.
